Crime Prevention Community Day Event on March 27 – Jointly organized by Markham City Councillor Alan Ho and A.C.E.

Over the past year, there has been a number of car thefts and home break-ins occurred in York Region, which caused widespread concerns from our community. Mr Alan Ho, Markham city councillor for Ward 2 will be hosting the the Crime Prevention Community Day event with Active Community Engagement (ACE) on Sunday, March 27, 2022.

Our seminar includes these contents:
-Car theft and Home Break-Ins prevention
-Community Relations
-Installation of Surveillance Camera
-Setting up of Neighbourhood Watch

Mr Raymond Miu will be the special speaker. Raymond Miu is a former Toronto Police detective, a well-known community leader. Raymond Miu retired in 2014 after 35 years of service in Toronto Police. he has extensive experience in crime prevention and will be sharing with you his insights.

何胡景市议员及政经民社将在3月27日联合举办防止罪案社区关注日活动

近一年来，约克区发生了多起汽车盗窃以及入室盗窃案件，引起了社区的广泛担忧。万锦市市议员何胡景先生将与安省政治经济民生社区促进会（政经民社）在2022年3月27日联合举办防止罪案社区关注日活动。

本次活动的主题包括了预防汽车盗窃及入室盗窃，警民合作，安装监控摄像头，以及设置邻里守望（Neighborhood Watch）项目。主讲嘉宾为前多伦多警察局探长苗延建(Raymond Miu)先生，苗延建是华人社区的知名人物，曾服务于多伦多警队长达35年，于2014年退休，苗延建对于防范罪案有着丰富的经验，将为您分享他的见解。
